Curvana — Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

All Curvana orders ship free — no minimum required. Every package is sent tracked and insured, so you always know where your order is and it's protected in transit.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be slightly extended due to factors outside our control, including:

• Customs inspections
• Extreme weather
• Carrier delays
• High order volume during sales or holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don't see it, check your spam/promotions folder or reach out at support@curvana.store and we'll look it up for you.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us at support@curvana.store with your order number. Since every package is insured, we'll work with the carrier to locate it or make it right.
